Education is a process wherein students will be able to learn, improve their skills, and associate with others; a process wherein they will be able to enhance their ideas and knowledge through different experiences.
In the field of teaching where students physically, mentally, emotionally, socially and spiritually educated, improved their skills, associate with others and gain confidence and acceptance.
Being a teacher si not an easy career because it carries a big responsibility. Hard work, patience, and love in the teaching profession are needed to be a good teacher.
In the field of teaching, here to experience such kind of responsibility that was the starting point of a good teacher. In this field, the real world of being a teacher matters that will help children achieve their full potential and succeed in their future life.
Handling children with different personality is not an easy job because they to be guided and supervised for them to learn. Seeing the students learn had a great impact on the part of the teacher. Giving them the opportunity to develop and see the beauty of life and be educated made them think that they are important and valued.
The flexibility of a teacher also matters, knowing a lot of strategies that will be applicable to the different learning styles of the students, the strengths of a teacher will help the students to understand and achieve their goal and potential in life. Teachers also have the weaknesses and for these weaknesses they should consider it to be a trial for them to be good and productive teachers.
It’s not only the students that are holistically developed but also the teachers should be holistically developed. Because the achievement, the personality, the ides, the disciplined, the acceptance, the respect, the confidence, and the love for education will be rooted from the teachers when they are in school.
The love of teaching is also the love for the students because the teacher is the one to guide and improve the potential of the students.
Teaching is not just teaching. You’re not teaching because of the money, teaching is in the heart. Teaching should be in the heart, not only imparting the knowledge to the students but also sharing your heart with the students.
Teachers have a lot of responsibility inside and outside of the classroom. In school, they serve as the second parent of the students so they should ensure the safety of the students. In the teaching and learning process, teacher is just the facilitator. Their duty is to provide a learning environment that is conducive to learning. The teacher should serve as a role model to his/ her students so they would acquire not only the knowledge but also good characteristics. The teacher should not just develop the mental capacity of the students but also the holistic capacity of individual. The physical, mental, social, spiritual and the moral capacity. The teacher also provides learning experiences for the students that they will be able to apply to the real life situation. Building good rapport with the students is one of the most important things but on the other way around, respect and limitations should always be present. The teacher is also the one who maintains the security of the students inside the classroom. It is important for the teachers to value their students. A teacher who loves his/ her profession will consider all his/ her responsibility in positive view of life. When you value your students, you also value yourself. Let your students feel that you appreciate them and treat them not only as your student but also a part of your family. Don’t be bias, treat the students fair. Favoritism is a big NO NO. If the students will see that you didn’t treat them fairly, they will come to think that they are not part of the school environment.
Teaching is the noblest of all the profession. Teachers are the reason why there are doctors, nurses, electricians, engineers and other professions. If not because of the patience and perseverance of every teacher, all other professions are nothing. If your heart was not really on teaching, you will not enjoy doing it. You will not experience the beauty of teaching, you will not experience and enjoy the laughter with your students and most of all you will not change or touch any lives of your students because you’re not really in the heart of teaching. Not because you are the teachers, you are only to be respected, students should also be respected.
Every individual is unique. Every individual has different behaviors, characteristics, abilities and needs. The teacher must be able to cater all those differences. That is the reason why teaching is very challenging. The teacher must be ready to face all the challenges especially when there are problems. Yes, being a teacher; we have the knowledge about the characteristics, abilities and needs of the students. Students are part of the lives of every teacher, not only teach them to give the knowledge and ideas but also the affection, love, support and care must also be given to them. If the students felt that they are being loved, they will love you back. When they felt the appreciation, they will also appreciate you. Students are not showing their love verbally, they will not tell you that they will love you; they will not say that they also appreciate you but through their actions, teachers will feel it.

There were times that students were misbehaving but even though those happen, still it’s nothing when you remember the laughter with your students and their smiles. Have the patience and perseverance for the students.
Experience is the best teacher and all of us know that. We learn from our experiences. And from these experiences, we learn to be strong and turn our weaknesses to our strengths.
Being a teacher learn how to be a student to be able to understand every situation of the students.
