Persons with disabilities deserve the rights and opportunities that the person should enjoy. Let us support the government efforts in the promotion of the accessibility of persons with disabilities towards a barrier-free environment.

Different Provinces celebrated the national disability week

As a student teacher we celebrated national disability week together with our special students in Rosario Elementary school Sped Center in SM Rosario.

The staffs of SM Rosario and the rest of the Sped Staff joined together to be able to celebrate the National Disability week on their place and for the special children could really feel that they are given importance even though they are differently able or special. But at the same time their talents could be shown during those period of time.

Our students with mental retardation joined the SM staffs in dancing. It really shows how the special children are very talented and they are not ashamed of sharing their talents. Those students had been very lovable and they really participate in every program that we have that day.

Each of students had their own talents, singing, dancing, painting , in sports and other talents that we didn't know that a special child could do .. Celebration of disability week gives importance to the works of our dear special children They are still citizen of our country and they have the right to express and show their capabilities. They can do things that a normal person cannot do. They are gifts from God that we should care , give importance and love them as normal as they are. Do not look to their disability but look upon their abilities .

They are not harmful.. We have a wrong impression about them. Every individual have the right to live a happy and normal life.

Make the special children able to explore, learn the things that they need to be learned, let them feel that they belong in our society,

Don't separate them to the norm.

LOve them....

Let them free...

Let them engage to the things that they excelled

DEvelop their talents..

Expose them to real world...

Make them independent...

They are our angels...

They are our happiness

Strengths..
