Every child has the right for education, so no child left behind including children with special needs. all children should learn together, wherever possible, regardless of any difficulties or differences they may have.
Like regular children, special children can acquire basic education and develop their maximum potential to enable them to become self-reliant and shall be geared towards providing them with the opportunities for a full and happy life.
Basic education is free as stated in the Philippine constitution. The Magna Carta for Disabled Persons ensures that disabled persons are given access to qualityeducation and sufficient opportunities to develop their skills.
